(WIP) - Ninja Arcade

Looks awesome. How do you get such a clean blend from ragdoll to animation? This is the only video I could find that demonstrates it. I’ve tried nearly every combination I can think of (moving the mesh/moving the capsule/fixing the root bone/letting it simulate). Whenever I start blending back, there is always an offset between the ragdoll and the mesh origin, so it always slides back as it blends. I’d appreciate if you could give me a quick overview of your ragdoll/blending setup, so I can see what I’m missing.
