Windows VS Android Display

Hello everyone.

I have been trying to put a model, being used for an architectural walk through into unreal and then onto the Samsung Gear VR. The windows version works great, yet when I simulate the mobile platform I get a model that looks like its come out of a vortex. Any ideas why this is??

Also, is there a place where I can find any standard maximum limits for both the level of textures and the amount of polygons for an android mobile? This is because when I try and put the project on the phone, when running I get a black screen with a slither of game view which looks like the photo I have attached.
