Windows Packaging Project 'LooseCookedPackageWriter'

I appear to be getting these errors while trying to package a project, this error log is from simply loading up a clean “Third Person Template” and hitting Package, it’s the same errors as the main project I’m trying to package, anyone know why?

Update: How bizarre it seems to be doing better when I moved the entire project from a remote server to a local hard drive.

A student of mine got the same problem - the project was in a google drive folder. I just asked the student to move the project to a local drive. Waiting for feedback whether that worked or not.

I had this problem, after 2 days searching for solutions, I found it. I was saving my project and package in Google Drive, I moved the folder to my desktop and it worked!

I had the same issue. I wish Windows wouldn’t automatically point to OneDrive, or this problem would be mentioned at least with a tooltip or so.
Anyway - cloud backup on the fly is a no-go.
