WINDOWED command does nothing

I am looking at your list of console commands: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Programming/Basics/CommandLineArguments/index.html

I tried using WINDOWED and it does nothing.
FULLSCREEN acts as a toggle, using =true or =false doesn’t change it.

I don’t want a toggle, what is the command for an actual window and fullscreen mode ?

Also regarding full screen settings, is there a way to get the start up video to play in full screen ?

You should use the following commands: r.setRes [width]x[height]w for windowed mode, and r.setRes [width]x[height]f for fullscreen mode.
