Window types to remember position.

I open material, change the window size because it insta goes fullscreen and overlaps everything,
close it, open again later - AGAIN fullscreen again like idiot i have to change its size.

I was able to reproduce this on my end and have entered a bug report, UE-13329 to be assessed by the development staff.
