Hi, I’m in the process of buying a new tablet, and I would like to work on my early projects on it, but would it even open there? Would it have to be an almost laptop tablet for it to work at all? Or would I have no problems on a fairly common iPad? What should I buy?

The only tablet that I can can imagine UE running on would be a Microsoft Surface (since it’s similar to a windows laptop in tablet form) However I think you’d need to get one with a dedicated GPU for a ‘half-way comfortable’ experience.
You can’t run UE on an iPad.
But for the same price as a high-end Surface Tablet, you could get a powerful laptop.
