Will unreal engine will work on my Pc?

Good morning I’m buying a PC as a gift for a person who needs to use an unreal engine and I have a question if this engine will work on the PC with this Technical Details:
Computer Memory Size 8 GB
Processor (CPU) Model Core i3
Processor (CPU) Speed 4.2 GHz
Graphics Description Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB
Hard Disk Size 1 TB
Processor Count 8
Memory (RAM) Size 16 GB
System RAM Type DIMM

As for now I’m only able to build/buy a computer up to £500

In the beginning it says “Computer Memory Size 8 GB”, then at the end “Memory (RAM) Size 16 GB”, which is it then?

Anyways, yes, UE4 should be able to run on it. If I were you, I’d rather choose a smaller SSD than a 1TB HDD, as it can matter much.
