Hey! I just wanted to ask if anyone had some info about when Unreal Engine 5.7.4 source code will be released to the GitHub repository? I see some official games using it and wanted to see what all was different or better about it. Thanks to anyone that responds!

That hotfix version does not exist yet, to dig deeper as to what’s happening in the hotfixes I think you’d just want to look at changes applied to the 5.7 engine branch. - Or, to look into the future see what’s happening in the main branch: https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/tree/ue5-main
Overall I wouldn’t get hung up about minor versions like that, looking at the roadmap or release notes will list the major differences.
