My C: drive is getting full, so I want to move my Windows Documents folder to another SSD.
I plan to move it using:
Documents → Properties → Location → Move
This should update the official Windows Documents location rather than simply moving the folder manually.
My UEFN projects are currently stored in a path similar to:
C:\Users\MyUsername\Documents\Fortnite Projects
After moving Documents, the projects would be located somewhere like:
E:\Documents\Fortnite Projects
Will UEFN automatically detect the new Windows Documents location and find my existing projects, or does UEFN store the old absolute path and continue looking on the C: drive?
I am asking because some applications use the Windows-defined Documents location, while others store a hard-coded path. Has anyone moved their Documents folder this way while using UEFN, and did the existing projects continue to appear normally?
