Will ue4 run on this pc well?

im a 3d artist and trying to buy a decent pc to work with , i want to use ue4 with high quality settings , question is would this pc do the job for me or i need something better ?

Intel® Core™ i7-9700 Processor
RAM: 16 GB / Storage: 2 TB HDD & 256 GB SSD
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB

This PC would be more than adequate. (I dev on i7 2600k and 980ti 16GB Ram)
