Will UE4 be able to run on my computer?

Hello UE4 users!

I was hoping that one of you out there might be able to tell me if UE4 will be able to run on my computer? I don’t want to subscribe to find out that it cannot run at all, or is unberably slow.
Below are the specifications. Thank you in advance!

Windows 8.1
Processor: Intel i7-4700MQ @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600

It will run but it won’t be a good experience. You can get a GTX 500 series gfx(they should be pretty cheap by now) and work easily.
