Will this PC setup run UE4 well?

I post yesterday and I was told that i was being too cheap with the computer that I wanted to build.
This is the most amount of money I can afford at the moment and I was wondering if somebody could tell me if this would run Unreal Engine 4 well and efficiently.
Thank you
