Will this PC be adequate for UE4?

Hi,
I was wondering if any of these PCs will be adequate for UE4
It is really important that it is this form factor so Im hoping that one of these will be enough for basic functional use

-DELL OptiPlex 9020 Micro - i5-4590T

-DELL OptiPlex 3060 Micro - i7-8700T

(both with 16GB ram - no graphics card)

No, neither of those would be good for UE4, game development requires some kind of dedicated graphics card. If form factor is really that important look into the Intel NUC, though you’d still be a bit limited in power.
