Hi, I’m a newb to animation so I was going to follow this tutorial on making a rig for my character. But I wonder whether UE4, or game engines in general will read the information properly, or should I go for a simpler style rig?
The rig itself doesn’t matter, it all goes in as a mesh skinned to bones, the Bake Animation option in the FBX exporter will convert everything to keyframes so if you have anything special on your rig it will just convert the animation.
