Will these rules of waiting 90 days and having 1,000 followers ever change?

After 80 hours learning UEFN, I discovered that my island will never be published or played by any player because I need to have 1000 followers on social media. I don’t have Facebook, Youtube, or Instagram. Clearly, UEFN is a project that should be called Verse Project since Unreal without Blueprints is not Unreal. It is evident that it is not made for developers, and you should make it clear that the product is aimed at influencers. However, it is a strange logic since it is a product made for influencers who do not know how to program, but the only way to build something differentiated is by learning to program. It seems like a product made by Epic only for Epic to use. I love Unreal and was having a lot of fun with the Lyra Project in C++. I decided to pause the fun to learn about UEFN, but I didn’t like it. Do I have to wait 90 days to try to publish my island again? And 21 days of activity on UEFN? Do you want to bore me to death with this UEFN?

For the Island Creator Program (to publish) you don’t need to have a 1000 follower count. The eligibility is in the link below and good news, we just reduced down the criteria to 30 days and 7 days of activity posted here.
