Will the new Maya Live link plug-in work with Maya LT 2019?

I trying to load the Maya Live Link Plug-in into Maya LT 2019.
When doing so I am receiving the following warning within Maya LT …

“// Warning: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/MayaLT2019/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 938: Could not load C:/Program Files/Autodesk/MayaLT2019/plug-ins/2019/MayaLiveLinkPlugin2019.mll as a plug-in”

Will this plug-in not work with Maya LT 2019 and only Maya 2019? Or am I just missing some basic steps?

I was able to get a response back from Autodesk. This will not work on Maya LT because it does not support 3rd Party Plug-ins.
