Will testing a purchase in a Creative map preview charge me real V-Bucks once the map is officially published?

Hi everyone,

I need some clarification because Epic Support couldn’t give me a straight answer and told me to ask here.

I was playtesting a pre-release version of a Creative map (the version that displays the gray banner at the top saying “You are in a test version, no real V-Bucks will be spent”). While testing, I interacted with an in-game shop UI and “bought” a premium pass for 800 V-Bucks.

My current V-Bucks balance did not change, which is fine. However, my concern is about what happens next. When the creator officially publishes this map to the public:

1. Is there any risk that this test purchase will carry over to the public version and automatically charge my account 800 real V-Bucks in hindsight?

2. Does the game completely wipe/reset all test-phase purchases and player data when transitioning a map from a test version to the final official release?

I want to make sure I won’t get a delayed charge once the map goes live. Thanks in advance!
