Will opening a different uefn file on the same project hurt chances at discovery?

I understand duplicated maps don’t do so well on discovery…

I have a map I’ve been working on for months. I entirely copied the project folder as a backup just in case as I was going back and forth between 2 computers while my pc was having issues.

However, with the new computer I’m working on, in the UEFN page with all your projects I found the same project and it asked to browse and locate the project file.

Instead of the original, I clicked the copy project by mistake and have been making changes and editing on that file ever since.

The question is, if I publish the map will it be impacted performance wise? will the algorithm flag it as a duplicate?

Hi @creativegoblinn

If you’re making edits and changes to the copied version, you should be fine.
