The RAM should be at least 64 GB if at all possible, although small projects can be accommodated with 32 GB. In order to build with any kind of performance, you will need an SSD with at least 512 GB of storage. A GPU with RTX 3060 or higher is required as well.

I tried running unreal engine 4 on my ancient laptop, and the same message popped up after making some changes in a script in the engine directory, unreal engine was finally working but it was a bit too laggy
