Will I loose my assets after Beta ends?

Hello everybody. I signed up for Unreal Studio Beta not long ago and I’m learning to use it for Archviz. I’ve downloaded a couple of free assets from Unreal Makretplace and I’m considering buying some paid ones as well. I don’t know weather or not I will be able to afford Unreal Enterprise after the Beta period is over. In the offical FAQ section I found the following information:

At the end of the Unreal Studio beta period, on October 1, 2019, you will have the option to purchase Unreal Studio. Should you choose not to purchase Unreal Studio when it is commercialized, you will still be able to use those versions of Unreal Studio that were available to you during the open beta, however, newer versions will not be available and you will not continue to receive access to learning, assets, or technical support.

My question is: After the Beta period ends and I won’t be able to afford Unreal Enterprise, will I loose access to all my assets and won’t be able to buy new ones?

Not at all. What you have , you keep! Also unreal studio assets are binary compatible with unreal engine, with or without datasmith installed.

No fear to have on this front.
