I am wondering.Will the marketplace allow subscribers at some point to upload their full games for sale,or will you be only allowing us (the subscribers) to upload content such as materials,meshes,sounds etc?
No you can then submit it as a demo or an example project ? or even game but then the project has to be accessible through UE4 , meaning you can just submit the published Game , because then this will be selling a game as in game stores like Steam and not selling Game code(or project) itself.
