will all blueprint scripts work in sequencer?

Is it possible to run blue print scripts in sequencer? It seems that I can get morph targets to work when I actually render a sequence of images using sequencer when triggering ‘Set Morph Target’ off ‘Event Play’ but I don’t know if Event Play triggers will extend to blueprint scripts that make use of the physics asset when making or setting up specific bone chains to be dynamic within sequencer. I’d like to know so I don’t waste time learning BP scripting for dynamic bone chains if they can’t render out in sequencer.
