Whether you need a Utilitarian Miltary look, an Outdoor Ranger, a Handyman or maybe a Science Officer on a long journey across the stars, this Versatile Workwear Outfit has been lovingly crafted to meet your requirements!
When it comes to variation, we've got you covered. This outfit supports customization options during the fitting process in the MetaHuamn Creator, allowing you to set colours for the shirt and tee-shirt underneath, the shirt buttons, pants, belt, boot uppers and soles as well as the laces. Even more options are available once you've added the outfit to your character in the individual material instances that are created to add dirt or blood, roughness settings or your own custom images which can be added to create a unique look.
Much time was spent making sure the models are well made and efficient, as well as coming with 3 levels of LOD's to keep the performance smooth when you're using them. In addition to some nice cargo style pants and a thick cotton shirt with the sleeves rolled up, there's also a very cool pair of boots which you can customize to your hearts content.
We aim to create great value outfits you can use again and again in new ways without having to spend more money.
Let's get to work!
Important installation instructions:
Create a folder in the root Content directory called "Outfits" if you don't already have one.
Inside the Outfits folder, create another folder called "workwearOutfit". Please pay attention to the capitalisation and spelling, it's quite important :-)
Drag the MHPKG file into the workwearOutfit directory and Unreal Engine will take care of everything else.
A full video showing how to customise the materials on our garments can be found here. Although it refers to our Versatile Casual Outfit, the principles and material setup are very similar. Please note there's no need to create new materials as shown in the video as they are already created for you now during the fitting process, and stored in the Clothing sub-folder of your newly created MetaHuman's directory.
