Wierd physics in ue's multiplayer

It’s still with me since 4.17, when I’ve started my project. So the problem is I found out is in sleep physics mode or something like that. To fix the character response on client’s screen player2 should move just a little.
BTW on the server, everything is ok and the collision stays in place.
Any thought about the issue.

There where no freezes or anything suspicious about the response, but the result is client only.
