Widgets set resolution for Gameplay?

Hi there, I’m trying to make a visual novel using widget communication primarily, but when I run game, even though i have my widgets sized to the resolution I require/want it to be, I can still see the “Main Game” or the “blank game” part of it on the sides of my widgets sometimes cause it wont go to its widget resolution… i don’t know if that makes sense to anyone, I guess I really just want to know how to keep the viewport constantly on its set resolution of the widgets so i dont have to adjust it every time i click test play/run it, is that possible?

You can set the resolution like this, but there might be a better way to achieve what you want.

I would suggest google some tutorials like “ue4 visual novel” or “ue4 text adventure” and see how they do it
