Hey can i have any guide lines towards making nice transition when switching in widget switcher, i want to make a smooth animation when going from main menu to settings for example.
so when i press settings, the main menu fades out and it switches the widget to options and settings fade in and when going back settings fade out and main menu fades in again. that’s just an example.
no idea where to start.

If you add a Matinee sequencer? In there you can make a fade in and out. And you can display it in the widget itself
You can do this by using the Common Animated Switcher.
This is only available if you activate the Common UI Component plugin: Edit → Plugins → UI → Common UI Plugin
Now in your Widget Palette you will have a Common Animated Switcher which has some out of the box transition functionality.
