Widget Scaling??

Hi so I’ve been having trouble understand user widget scaling but I have a progress bar and if I stretch the bottom side of the viewport, it also stretches. Is this okay? Do I need to do something to do with DPI scaling to make it so it doesn’t stretch so my UI looks the same on different monitors? I’m not entirely sure because I’ve spent ages looking at the ue4 docs but I can’t seem to understand. If someone could clear this up for me it would be very much appreciated thanks.
