widget only works on player character ?

Hello,

I am following this tutorial :

How to Build a Combat Damage System | Unreal Engine 5 Tutorial | Reusable and Flexible Design

and towards 50:00 he creates a healthbar with a widget. I did all the same actions a him but my widget only works on my player character and not on my enemy. I think the problem comesfrom the widget because if i duplicate the player character BP and place it in the scene, the not possessed player BP doesn’t have a working healthbar either.
