I search any related about my problem, unfortunately I don’t find.
when I put the widget with the png image, it does not show.
In the widget, it shows but the Actor BP is not.

You can try to set Space to Screen Space, if you want the widget to always face the viewer.
Cons: size is now relative to screen. Not sure, if this is what you intend. From the image you show, it could also just be a screen overlay widget to show some hints to the player for mouse interaction.
This means, you do not attach it to an actor, but instead do a create widget and add to viewport. Typical flow:
