Why does the color of widget appear much lighter than the original Image?

Make sure there no Tint apply to it

Make sure the texture is imported not as Normal

and finally make sure if it a material that it set to UI surface type to avoid absorbing any abnormal light

I checked all the settings you mentioned, but unfortunately, they didn’t work out for me.
It turns out the problem was related to exposure settings.
In my case, it was within the game settings, but for others, it could be the post-process volume exposure settings.
For those who prefer not to adjust the exposure settings, they might consider adjusting the material, especially if images were used, as was the case for me.
