Widget Blueprint not updating when edited and recompiled

I added a user created widget to another widget, but when I make changes to the sub widget those changes do not appear in any parent widgets. The box labeled 1 is a user created widget. I made a change in it by adding a button, however after compiling both the child and parent widget the change never appears in the parent widget. If I drag and second copy of the exact same user created widget in the change is there however. This causes me to have to delete my user created sub widgets and replace all references every time a change is made to them. I replicated this issue using other parent widgets as well? Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Yep, that’s what’s happening. I don’t remember any such behavior in 4.25 or prior, but in 4.26 and 4.27 it happens. Must be a bug or something.
