Widget animation in Timeline not match Launcher

Im making a videogame where in a blue print widget i have a dialog texts between two persons, and the boxes and texts are animated with opacity to make a fade in and a fade out, But my problem are these ones:

  1. All my boxes and texts have like a blink fade before the fade i made by myself

  2. In te timeline, my boxes are not overlapping animations but when i launch (in viewport or whatever, i had the bug in all the sites) al the boxes overlaps in the middle of the dialog and makes it a mesh, you cant read the text and the boxes goes crazy

I dont why, but that animation in the timeline of the widget works perfctly, i am doing something wring? is there another better way to manage and get this result? thanks in advance

Conclusion: I dont know if its the better way, but i have a deade line for this project, and im thinking to screen capture the widget animation (the only one that works fine) and the in after effects or so, mix it with the launched project of unreal withput the interface
