Kong is a fully rigged gorilla character built on the MetaHuman framework for Unreal Engine 5.8. Combining a powerful silhouette with a detailed face and custom fur, Kong is designed for cinematic scenes, character animation and real-time projects.
The character features a groom covering the head and body, with shorter fur around the face and natural transitions across the arms, hands, legs and feet. His MetaHuman face rig and skeleton provide a foundation for animation and retargeting workflows.

Kong’s enormous size and exaggerated gorilla proportions differ significantly from those of a standard MetaHuman. While he uses a MetaHuman skeleton, not all existing animations will work perfectly without adjustments. Some animations may require retargeting, pose corrections or manual refinement to reduce issues such as limb intersections and unnatural movement.
The head and body fur use strand-based grooms. Hair cards are not included. Groom rendering can be demanding, so performance will vary depending on your hardware and scene settings.
