I had passed along the report to the relevant team so we’ll have to see if the issue is on the forms side. In the meantime, are you using any proxy/vpn in between? That could be causing the form to fail it’s security check in rare cases.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the backend email the form is submitted to however the team I’d reported the issue to is looking into it. I’ll check to see if there’s another method to receive this information so you guys can get this release together. Apologies for the wait!
