I have been playing a bit with control rig, during my experiences I decided I could just try adding my bones directly in unreal via the control rig asset.
This created two questions in my mind.
Firstly as a broader question for a non animator - why would you need to create additional bones in control rig and how would you leverage them?
Secondly (and more specifically), with this bone hierarchy created I thought to then try and attach some components in a blueprint to these newly created bones - however because they are added in control rig I can’t actually select them as a socket in the blueprint window, is there a way to do this? Note: I can select a virtual bone but not a control rig created bone.
