Why would my physics constraints be loose?

I’m having a strange problem with my physics constraints. I have a simple physics-driven vehicle set up with the 4 wheels constrained to 4 hubs which are constrained to the chassis. The vehicle moves by applying a torque to the rear wheels. At decently high speeds and torques, the constraints on the hubs seem to be “loose” for lack of a better term. That is, they bend and give instead of being totally rigid like they should be. Any insight would be appreciated here. I took a quick video of the problem to demonstrate.
