Why won't my wav files recording during runtime in packed game?

I am using Start recording Output and Stop Recording Output nodes to record audio from my game. Everything works fine in PIE.

I installed the RealTime Import plugin from the marketplace to get everything to work in the packaged game. The 4.25.2 update broke the plugin, but I fixed that issue with answers from the forums. Everything was working fine, then suddenly I can no longer record a wav file in my packed game. Is anyone else having this issue or know why I am?

I have tried completely repackaging, as well as waiting a couple of days for the cache to clear and still it does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
