I’m trying to post a thread in the contet creation tab, pressing submit new thread and not error, just takes me back to the content creation tab and nothing is posted…

Basically, any thread/post created by someone who has never posted before requires a moderator to confirm that it is legit.
This is simply a method to avoid the ever constant bombardment of spam this (and many other) forums receive.
I tried to contact you about this after I approved your initial post, but you have PM’s disabled 
In any case, all your future posts will not require this step.
