I restarted the pc did everything and every time I launch memory calculation I need to close fortnite and uefn and this takes so long

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forum. We can take a look and see what may be causing this. A couple of questions to get us starter; Are you freezing indefinitely or crashing after the freeze? (If crashing, do you get a crash log you can provide?) Also, what are your system specs?
The game just gets stuck and I need to close uefn and the game also and re launch both of them, I always disable streaming and sometimes I need to enable streaming for some projects until now don’t know what’s the problem.
Do a Build Landscape from the Build menu, ignore the thousands of Yellow Warnings and use the Show button to deselect them, do you have any Red Errors ?
