One of my products was not approved on FAB. However, I couldn’t find anything specific on why it was not approved.
The email said the product had “changes needed” but there was nothing that said what I needed to change.

They should have a PDF attachment in the email listing the issue in a tabular Excel format.
If nothing is written, it the automation tool that most likely auto rejects it from simple reason like unsupported letter in the title or unsupported 7zip.

Hmm that weird, you should have an attachment like this one usually:
To be safe only letters A-Z and space, and nothing else.
Nothing was attached to the email. The email says something about a Fab Sanction. But it doesn’t tell me exactly what is wrong with it.

Edit: It from the automation tool that flag something but never tell what wrong.
I just re-subbmited the product, and it was immediately approved. No idea why it was rejected earlier.

Thanks for sending the link to their contact page. However Fab’s contact page just has a file upload option, but no option to send them a written message. It says there is a form, but I don’t see any form on the page. Do you know why this is?
