Why unreal engine doesn't detect my localization translations?

Hi everyone, I have a problem about localization.

I have translated some sentences to try it and develope in two languages but the engine doesn’t detect I have translated something. When I use additional launch parameter -culture=en (I have checked if it’s correct) it doesn’t work.

What are the steps you do to translate and what for example you translating (UMG? C++?)?

It is also giving me a similar problem. When I give it to find the texts of Content, it only looks for those of the language that I have marked as default, so I cannot make the language changes with the “-culture =”. I’ve looked everywhere and no one else has ever had that problem …
