why unreal constantly asking for firewall permissions randomly?

Hey there @hamood123213! The engine actually uses this specific request to allow you to handle Insights. The reason it continues to open may be that the rule hasn’t been accepted for your network type.

For example, many user’s private home networks may not have been setup as private networks in their network properties. So if you check private network here, and leave public unchecked, it will ask again later to see if it is allowed to run on the public network.

If this isn’t the case and regardless of what you choose it continues asking, this could be a further issue!

every day this pop up like 5 times a day: 1 for runtime traces, other ones for epic games and other for the unreal editor. always accepting

Ahhh if you’ve accepted it for both public and private and this warning still keeps playing, the first step we should take would be to see if the rules themselves were made correctly. Head over to your Control Panel → System and Security → Windows Defender Firewall → Allowed Apps and verify there are entries for each of them there, though this is the simplified approach:
