Why this expensive plugin can't do some basic things? yea, I’m talk about truesky!

When i use the thunderstorm function, no objects can be illuminate with lightning and i got so many jaggies on the edge of the object and the terrain. Anyone can help ?
PS. i use the version for UE4.21
