Right. Could you elaborate on what is going on? Is the widget not being shown? Is it being shown in the wrong place?

wait, does Touch input only work on the phone and the mouse does not work as touch input?

Yeah, you need to enable Use Mouse for Touch. You can find this option under Project Settings / Engine / Input.
