Why there are some Chinese characters in log？

I am really curious about why there are some Chinese characters in my log.

My system is English OS.UE4‘s ’“Editor Culture” and "internationalization Support"are both[English].Maybe it’s not very important.But I am really curious about it.If I could, I want to turn them to English.
