Why the Voxel Grass only appear in a Certain Radius?

Hi guys.

We have set a BasicVoxel Grass, on our VoxelWorld. But the thing is that it only appears in a radius around the Character.

We want the grass to appear all over the Voxel Ground.

Any Ideas?
