Hey @MateusAwe! Welcome to the Forums!

I am seeing “nvwgf2umx” which looks like it may be stemming from your Nvidia graphics settings/drivers. Have you tried resetting your Global 3D setting inside of your Nvidia control panel? Doing so in theory should stop the crashes.

I hope the above solution works for you.

how i can do this?

Hi @MateusAwe!

Here are the instructions to do so. These instructions come from Nividia and not from Epic Games:

  1. Right-click on your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel.
  2. Click Manage 3D Settings.
  3. Click the Global Settings tab.
  4. In the upper-right corner, click Restore Defaults.

Here also is the link to Nvidia’s Website where they explain their official process on how to reset those settings. Again these instructions are from Nvidia themselves and not Epic Games.

NVIDIA Control Panel: To set default 3D settings.

I hope this solution is what you need!

But i already maked this, and same making this don’t changed anything. looks like that the Directx12 are having some issues, and with this the UE5 are having a black screen happening many glitchs of charging, such charging the shaders how a such the compilators. But before of launch , on the early access, he worked very well, and i used it on the my notebook Dell G3 , that have one i5-9300h e uma GeForce 1050 of 3Gb, i go to test again to see if the error is on the UE5 in my computer, or if the mistake is into in the UE5. Cause my computer that i have now is a 11Th Gen Intel Core i5-11400 with a WaterCooler Aorus WaterForce x240, Motherboard Aorus Elite B560M and one Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 Aorus Elite 12GB, 1 TB of Storage and 32GB of RAM Memory. why this is happening works very well!! i go to make a video and upload it tomorrow…

I’m facing a similar issue and I reset it and it didn’t fix it
I screen recorded to show the issue but as a new uuser I currently can’t upload

Hey, @MateusAwe!

I’m sorry that did not work for you! Here is another thread that may have another possible solution for you:

Unreal Engine Forums: UE4 crashes on project startup

Hopefully the above solution is what you need.
