Custom Fortnite games can take longer due to server allocation, map loading, or matchmaking syncing issues, even if it feels unnecessary. When I run into stuff like this and just want instant gameplay without waiting, I usually switch to quick Arcade Games in the browser for a fast break. No queues, no setup, just straight into action until the issue gets sorted.
