Why the change WORLD_MAX has no effect

Hello ^)) And happy new year !!
Please help in this thing:
I’m trying to increase WORLD_MAX in EngineDefines.h but no effect in engine … still have jigging animation (any weapons or clothes attaching on bones) on large map.
In my project world composition not suitable. Aslo set new world origin not suitable too besause it`s break my AI.
There was hope only for changing WORLD_MAX but any setup has no effect …

Is possible to increase WORLD_MAX? Thanks:)
