Why soft references are marked with CPF_DisableEditOnTemplate in a blueprint?

Seems like this is something that has changed in 4.26.0. Before that soft object references were allowed to be edited on template and gave you a way to access actors from a map. This option is no longer available, though my properties from 4.25 are still editable. I just can’t add new ones that are not marked with CPF_DisableEditOnTemplate.
